Vedic Meditation brings peace of mind to active thinkers. The technique is simple, effortless, comfortable, and the benefits come quickly.

Since 2014, I’ve helped hundreds of busy parents and entrepreneurs establish their daily practices in Marin County, San Francisco, and New York City. Having meditated twice-a-day for over a decade while working as an engineer, I can assure you success with meditation too.
