Vedic Meditation Course

After attending an Intro Talk, you can join a course. There are four sessions over four days in a row. The first day is a 1 hour private session. The following three days are two hour group sessions. Morning and evening times are available.

Anyone who has been practicing Vedic Meditation regularly for one year is eligible to receive training in Advanced Techniques. These techniques accelerate and further integrate the benefits of meditation into your waking state. They’re designed to deepen the meditation experience and refine the senses of perception. This results in more deep, subtle and fascinating experiences during and after meditation.

Prerequisite: VM Course + 1 year of regular practice
