Anyone can sign up for the Vedic Meditation Course after a call with Julian.

Once you’ve learned Vedic Meditation, you’ll receive free ongoing support, which includes monthly group meditations + access to our community membership page.

After the course, you can also continue learning by take workshops, advanced courses, and joining retreats.

 

Free Intro CALL

Connect with meditation expert Julian Cressman for a 30-minute video consultation to see if this practice is right for you. Learn about Vedic Meditation, why it works, and how to get started. The Intro Call is a prerequisite to the Intro Vedic Meditation Course.

Intro Vedic Meditation Course

After your free Intro Call, you can join an intro course online or in-person. There are four sessions over four days in a row. The first day is a 1 hour private session, which you can reserve anytime from 8am-8pm PST. The following three days are two hour group sessions. Morning and evening times are available for the group sessions each day, typically 11am-1pm and 3-5pm PST.

Group Meditations

If you’ve already taken the Vedic Meditation Course, come to these free one hour gatherings online.

  • On a Wednesday once a month, 4-5pm PT / 7-8pm ET

Rounding Workshop

Also referred to as ‘industrial-strength’ meditation, Rounding is a gentle series of yogic techniques that include asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to deepen and accelerate the benefits of meditation.

  • January 15 (Sun), 3-5p PT

  • March 5 (Sun), 3-5p PT

  • April 30 (Sun), 3-5 PT

Prerequisite: Intro Vedic Meditation Course

Advanced Technique Course

Anyone who’s been practicing Vedic Meditation regularly for one year is eligible to receive training in Advanced Techniques. These techniques accelerate and further integrate the benefits of meditation into your waking state. They deepen the meditation experience and refine the senses of perception enhancing your intuition and decision-making.

Prerequisite: Intro VM Course + 1 year of regular practice
