Rounding (aka ‘industrial-strength’ meditation) is a profoundly restful practice that enables the natural release of deep-rooted stress from the nervous system. Rounding helps return the mind into a state of calmness and clarity, especially during extra busy times of change.

During this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn a gentle series of yogic techniques that include asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to deepen and accelerate the benefits of your meditation practice.

Rounding is easy to learn and adapt of your physical fitness, and you can incorporate this advanced practice at home for regular benefits.

During this workshop you’ll get to experience the benefits of Rounding firsthand. Julian will also share the scientific and spiritual understanding of the practice and its effects. You’ll go home with detailed instructions and a guided video to be able to practice weekly on your own.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • a private space for learning

  • good wifi connection

  • a yoga mat (or two for extra cushion)

  • chair/couch/seat for meditation

  • any comfortable clothing for stretching

  • recommended: blanket and pillows

  • optional: glass of water/herbal tea
