- A bunch of fresh cut flowers (6 or more; any type or combination; no dyes, no thorns)
- 2 or 3 whole sweet fruits (e.g. mango, apple, banana; not avocado, lemon or lime)
In order to optimize the experience of learning meditation, it is advisable to observe the following:
- Do not have a heavy meal or caffeine within 2 hours of your instruction
- Have a good night’s rest the night before your instruction
