2 or 3 whole sweet fruits (e.g. pear, avocado, mango; not lemon or lime)
In order to optimize the experience of learning meditation, it is advisable to observe the following:
Do not have a heavy meal or caffeine within 2 hours of your instruction
Have a good night’s rest the night before your instruction
