Please remember to bring:

  • A bunch of fresh cut flowers (6 or more; any type or combination; no dyes, no thorns)

  • 2 or 3 whole sweet fruits (e.g. pear, avocado, mango; not lemon or lime)

In order to optimize the experience of learning meditation, it is advisable to observe the following:

  • Do not have a heavy meal or caffeine within 2 hours of your instruction

  • Have a good night’s rest the night before your instruction
