Advanced Techniques Course

Anyone who has been practicing Vedic Meditation regularly for one year is eligible to receive training in Advanced Techniques. These techniques accelerate the benefits of meditation into your waking state. They’re designed to deepen the meditation experience and refine the senses of perception. This results in more deep, subtle and fascinating experiences during and after meditation.

Prerequisite: VM Course + 1 year of regular practice

Exploring the Veda

Exploring the Veda is a series of six non-residential retreat weekends that are nothing short of life-changing. Through recorded seminars, preeminent master-teacher Thom Knoles takes the ancient knowledge of India and applies it to modern life. The theoretical understanding and practical application you’ll receive is iIlluminating and transformational. The full course is six long weekends spread over 12–18 months. Seminars are facilitated by Hunter Cressman in an urban retreat setting with delicious food, tea, and in-depth Q&A.
